Secretary of the Board from 2006 – 2010, and has rejoined the 2019 Board of Directors.

Pat grew up in Patchogue. After completing her degree at Albright College in PA, she joined the US Navy, where she served as an officer in ports such as Bermuda and Wales. She attended the Naval Postgraduate School, and eventually moved to Greece where she lived for over 18 years teaching ESL English and running a riding school. Pat has lived in Brookhaven since she returned to the US in 2005.

Pat wears a couple of hats besides serving on the Board of Directors. She and her husband John Ryley own “And Who’s Watching Your House? Inc.”, a licensed and insured housewatching and caretaking business providing Bellport and Brookhaven homeowners with peace of mind since 2011. Pat is also a licensed mortgage originator and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional with Quontic Bank. During the summer months, you will find her on Fire Island, wearing the flat hat of the National Park Service.
